O God,

For old friends,
for new friends,
for future friends,
for good friends,
for best friends,
for all friends--

Thank you!

Help me to focus more on
being a friend than on having one.

Help me to focus more on

giving than on receiving,
on helping than on being helped, and
on loving than on being loved.
