O God,
Guide our steps as we journey through this week.
Show us when we need to step around something. Sometimes the best we can do with a situation is to avoid it. Help us to recognize such situations and to step accordingly.
Show us when we need to step over something. Sometimes the proper response to a situation is to rise above it. Help us to recognize such situations and to step accordingly.
Show us when we need to step back from something. Sometimes we need to take our time and ponder a situation. Help us to recognize such situations and to step accordingly.
Show us when we need to step into something. Sometimes we need to insert ourselves into a situation and offer our deep involvement. Help us to recognize such situations and to step accordingly.
Guide our steps, O God, as we journey through this week.
