A Prayer for Sunday, May 11, 2014

Fourth Sunday of Easter

O God,

As we celebrate
who we will one day be
because of the resurrection
of your Son Jesus Christ,

lead us to celebrate
who we already are today
because of the resurrection
of your Son Jesus Christ

and to commit ourselves
to being all that we can be
in the days to come
because of the resurrection
of your Son Jesus Christ.
