Second Day of Christmas
O God,
On this second day of Christmas, give us the lift we need to overcome the down feeling that often accompanies the day after Christmas Day.
Remind us that the Christmas Season continues for a few more days but remind us even more that your presence with us that we celebrate at Christmas endures forever.
Help us to develop a relationship with you that is so strong that we experience your presence on the day after Christmas—or on some random Tuesday in August—just as much as we do on Christmas Day.
Amen.
